By accessing or using Tablah, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
2. Description of Service
Tablah is an AI-powered talent matching platform for job candidates. We utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze resumes, extract relevant skills, and perform contextual matching against job postings.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your submitted resumes and experience data. You grant us permission to process your data using AI to match you with opportunities.
4. Artificial Intelligence & Algorithms
Tablah utilizes AI for resume analysis, job matching, company research, and interview preparation. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. You agree to verify all results and not hold Tablah liable for career outcomes based on AI suggestions.
5. Companion Browser Extension
The Tablah companion Chrome Extension allows you to import jobs and profiles. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with third-party website terms. Tablah is not liable for accounts flagged or actions taken by third-party platforms.
6. Mobile Experience & Notifications
When accessing Tablah via mobile or PWA, you can choose to enable web push notifications. These notifications are delivered as-is and can be disabled at any time through your browser or device settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform's underlying codebase, matching algorithms, design components, and branding are the intellectual property of Tablah. User-submitted resumes and job descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service, including any attempt to misuse or exploit our AI systems for malicious purposes. In such cases, any requests for refunds will be automatically denied.
9. Email Communications
We may send you service-related emails including: a welcome email on registration, an onboarding series to help you get started, digests when new jobs are added to your feed, and periodic career check-in nudges. You can opt out of each category individually from your account settings, or use the one-click unsubscribe link included in every email. Emails essential to account security cannot be opted out of.
